EM SERIES : Pin Gauge
The extended range of pin gauge packages, available in more than 150 types, originated with the EM series. Plus and minus packages far exceeding 50,000 in total have been produced so far. Very inexpensive for the number of gauges, each package is rated as a best buy. The EM-00 and EM-3 standard packages include pin gauges in different sizes in 0.01mm and 0.1mm steps, respectively. We also offer pin gauges with 0.025mm size intervals on request

The nominal sizes are indicated on the plastic cases for up to 1.525 mm. For sizes 1.550 mm and larger, the respective nominal sizes are also laser-engraved on the pin gauges along with the letter P for plus pins or M for minus pins.

RG Series : Master Ring Gauge
Master ring gauges are used as references for measuring instruments.
The requirements for the roundness, cylindricality, and the diameters of gauges used as references for precision measuring instruments are defined by JMAS (JAPAN PRECISION MEASURING INSTRUMENTS ASSOCIATION STANDARD). Our master ring gauges have the respective nominal sizes and actual measurements engraved on them.
